Maranello, 26 giugno 2026 – British actor Nicholas Hoult, best known for X-Men and Mad Max: Fury Road, grew up following the exploits of Michael Schumacher and Ferrari in the early 2000s, a passion he shared with his father from an early age.
This passion has never faded. In 2020, he took to the track for the first time at The Thermal Club in California as part of the Ferrari Corso Pilota programme. Six years later, he returns to the same circuit to compete in the Ferrari Challenge Trofeo Pirelli North America.
Edge of Control, a short film shot during his debut weekend in the Prancing Horse single-marque series, takes viewers behind the scenes of qualifying, the start, the passes and everything that happens when a lifelong passion finally encounters real competition.
The short film will be available on Ferrari’s YouTube channel from 4 p.m. (local time) on 30 June.
